The place worth relocating for
We couldn’t do what we do without the support of our diverse, global workforce. Overseas workers play a valuable role in how we treat and support our communities, by providing new skills, insights, and perspectives to the benefit of patients and service users.
Over the years, we have supported many health and care professionals to start new lives in the UK. If you are looking to develop your career in the NHS, we invite interest from overseas applicants who meet the UK sponsorship guidance.
Supporting your journey to the UK
We are committed to creating a smooth and welcoming recruitment experience for our international colleagues. Relocating to a new country is a big step, so we’ve put the right people, resources, and support in place to help you feel at home.
In 2025, we launched a tailored recruitment pack with guidance on moving to the UK, introduced a buddy network to connect new recruits with existing team members, and developed a dedicated onboarding page with all the key information you need.
Our aim is to make the international recruitment journey as seamless and reassuring as possible, so you can feel confident and secure in your decision to join our teams.
