The place worth relocating for
We couldn’t do what we do without the support of our diverse, global workforce. Overseas workers play a valuable role in how we treat and support our communities, by providing new skills, insights, and perspectives to the benefit of patients and service users.
Since 2022, we have supported over 1000 health and care professionals to start new lives in the UK. If you are looking to develop your career in the NHS, we invite interest from overseas applicants who meet the UK sponsorship guidance.
Quality Resettlement and Pastoral Support
We are thrilled to have received the NHS Pastoral Care Quality Award in acknowledgment of the exceptional pastoral care we provide to our international nurses and midwives. Ensuring the safe arrival, smooth induction, and ongoing support for new colleagues is a top priority for us. We are dedicated to improving the recruitment and onboarding process for all our overseas hires.

International Nursing Programme
Our international nursing programme has been indefinitely paused. The NCA can no longer accept applications from International Nurses who are yet to complete all competencies needed to receive a full NMC PIN to practice in the UK. Please note an NMC PRN PIN is not a full NMC PIN and would not enable you to work as a Registered Nurse in the UK. To learn more about how you can gain a full NMC PIN and be eligible to apply for our vacancies in the future, please visit the NMC website.
