The Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust request that recruitment agencies do not speculatively submit CVs to any employee unless explicitly asked to do so by the NCA Recruitment team.
We will therefore not acknowledge receipt of any CV submitted speculatively or in response to the vacancies listed on the careers page, NHS jobs, social media or other advertising platforms.
In the event the NCA employs a candidate who has applied to the Trust directly, or via one of its approved recruitment agencies, the Trust will not be liable for fees or commission should the candidate’s CV also be submitted speculatively by a non-approved recruitment agency. In the event that an agency's correspondence includes a disclaimer indicating otherwise, our policy will prevail.
Any unsolicited CVs, including those submitted to hiring managers and clinicians, are deemed to be the property of Northern Care Alliance.
