The NCA works in partnership with NHS Professionals (NHSP) to deliver a managed service for the provision of bank flexible workers across all areas of the organisation.
NHSP is owned exclusively by the Department of Health and Social Care and works to place highly skilled temporary workers in NHS Trusts to meet short, medium, and long-term needs.
If you are looking to enhance your earnings and skill set or are looking for more flexibility, then picking up NHSP bank shifts might be a great option for you.
